You have stated the package is damaged and to contact the service team .. even thought that is who I am talking to and the automated phone line voice purposely does not recognise any voice to avoid speaking to a human.
MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND I WOULD LIKE THE ITEMS RETURNED TO ME.
The contents were tea towels and coasters, they can not be damaged. If the box is damaged, put it in another one and send back to me.
I do not appreciate the fact you will not help me retrieve the items I entrusted you with.
It is your duty to delivery my items, damaged or not. You are not authorised to keep my stock and purposely make it difficult to contact you.

Were 100% dedicated to ensuring every parcel arrives safely, but unfortunately, a small number do become damaged within our network.
I am sorry to advise you that the parcel was received at our main sorting hub as damaged from the shipper/retailer.
The swiftest way to resolve this matter would be to contact the retailer/sender of this parcel and they can make any further arrangements necessary for you, the sender will have to contact Hermes to claim for the damaged parcel.

- Three parcels sent 6 December Glasgow to Rodyna Manchester; no tracking.
- Deliveries were not attempted, labels were tampered, and boxes were diverted.
My parcels stuck in Hermes twilight zone, and I feel myself gutted by Hermes company.
My story still there , even one month away… still not resolved. My parcels have been stuck in Hermes twilight zone. I feel myself gutted.
I have sent 3 big parcels (39-39-39cm demention) in strong brown carbon boxes, those were EXTREMELY secure double wrapped up with brown sticky tape without any spaces. Eye catching boxes up to 15kg each.
I sent 6 December from Glasgow to Manchester Rodyna shop,which is connected to courier to Ukraine where is my family live. The parcels were full of Christmas and New Year presents and should be pick up from that shop 13 December.
I decide to tontact you, just in case may you help to put light on darkest Hermes side service.
After so long time my parcels being stuck in Hermes network, failing any delivery attempt like stuck in a twilight zone
I had several conflictions updates from Hermes, also I complain to Resolver as well, but my case still not really move.
All problems have been started when parcels went from Tuesday 7 December to late Friday afternoon without any tracking point. The Hermes driver pick up 7 December, but appears to depot only 10December late afternoon. Where my parcels were those day it is unknown.
I know logistic process, there is no reason why the parcels not to be tracked the same pick up day to Glasgow depot, unless they are being manually taken out of its usual process.
How, what and who did this is unknown for me. But I am pretty sure the key is on that gap. My guess is: somebody takes my boxes, emptied, corrupted labels and send the boxes to Manchester to deflect suspicion from Glasgow Hermes.place.
Since 11 December up to 18December, when I first time went to Glasgow depot, no information about my parcels was on Hermes. website.
I rang Hermes many times, but there no options to speak to someone, just automatic tracking update, the same on my Hermes account page. During this searching time I went 5 times to Glasgow local depot to speak with customer service, result is the same as on website. I also ask several times to speak with somebody higher up to rise alarm safety, but being refused. You cannot imagen my frustration.
Loads of lie on Hermes tracking.
They newer attempt to delivery, because the shop I send to is working from 9AM to 8 PM. Everything is covered up by Hermes. Hermes simply lie about attempting delivery. NO ATTEMPING DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE, because I spoken to Rodyna shop team.
This is actually criminal activity wishing Hermes.
Someone just stilling parcels from Hermes chain.
I even have been tried to full up revers form to get my parcels back, but unsuccessful. I have been tried to full up claim form, but Hermes send form only for eBay purchases of for Hermes contractors. I am a private sender and as far as I can see there is no place for me on this company. I paid some extra money for next day delivery, paid extra money for insurance( which even would not cover in full my items, but just in case), paid extra money for signature.
I dont know what to do now I am depressed, deeply frustrated I even have registered in Face book group Hermes lost parcels seeking for solution..
The information on Hermes tracking should disappear 5 January.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Finally after contacting CEO then having it passed to their support team they finally contacted me and collected the item next day.

Waited in for Hermes to collect a parcel to be returned for no one to come and collect the parcel then when I checked they tracking late in the afternoon they updated it saying I advised them it no longer needed collecting. What the hell!?!?
I never contacted them nor can you contact them even the number on this site is all automated responses no actual human to talk to so I can resolve the issue!!

I chose a Speedy Delivery for my rainbow knitting needles, so they should have arrived on the 2nd of February or even the 3rd of Feb. It's been OVER A MONTH NOW and I still don't have my Knitting Needles.
Technically the product is: KnitPro Symfonie Circular Needles 80cm (US 11)
I ordered them from LoveCraft on the first of February.
I didn't want to mention this company, because it's not their fault. They handed it over to EVRI (Hermes) as speedy as they were supposed to.
The Hermes Barcode number for my (VERY LATE) delayed parcel is: T001ZA000856****
That should be enough information for Hermes to sort this out when they read this complaint.
I guess the mail man (or mail men) have Covid19...
It's been more than five days...

- No one collected today despite a pickup email.
- Tracking shows a cancelled collection I never requested, and the messaging loops prevent complaint.
I am returning a product from GAME and received an email stating that they would be coming to collect it today. No one came to collect it, when searching my tracking number it says that I have cancelled the collection, however, this was never requested!
Using the online chat regardless of what options I pick there's no way to get out of the loop which gives me no information or a way to complain.
Phone lines have the same useless virtual agent with the same loop.
I literally have no way of contacting Hermes to sort the issue. Odds are the delivery drivers couldnt be bothered and cancelled it themselves.

My husband has walked the streets with our granddaughter hunting for it. Whoever took it must be extremely clever, they switched our front door and lost two steps, from the outside. Then put them back without me noticing. I have been shielding from the start of the pandemic so was in.

The issue that I have experienced was: My parcel was delivered yesterday without me knowing. There is currently a storm, torrential rain & snow it was left outside my door overnight.
Its currently wet through & drenched. I had no idea my parcel had been delivered not only is the parcel ruined its a wonder it was still there.
It occurred on: 2022-02-20
This meant that My parcel is now soaking wet and Im very upset. I had no idea the parcel was even there otherwise I would have brought it in. But no its been sat out on my door step in rain and snow overnight.
Im shock its even still there when I open my door this morning and found my parcel. Ive also noticed that the photo the currier has used is blurred.
