I did not get any help from customer service, lost my parcel, because I was away for the weekend 15th February, my phone told me a delivery was left on the outside car park floor, I live on the 2nd floor, door 203, my blood pressure is now very high because of this, I've lost money and items, DHL has not be helpful with this problem, this was a gift for my sick mother,

Verified Reviewer |Two weeks and no parcels I paid the post office my cash for a 48 hours delivery and still nothing has arrived I have tracked and its saying nothing has been sent out I am totally heartbroken
No parcels turned up to Northern Ireland I sent 8 boxes for my sons Christmas I'm really heartbroken it's been 2 weeks and nothing has arrived I saved hard to get my son and jolene Christmas and I paid for 48hours delivery I cried and tracked but tracked said nothing nothing was showing up we're my 8 parcels were I am very sad to no it will be horrible if someone has taken them this is sad and cuts me up as I haven't seen my son in 42 years this was present I sent to my son he's 42 so I cry as I write this he's in Northern Ireland and I'll be alone this Christmas as I saved to make his Christmas perfect so who ever are we're ever they have gone think of this mother crying tears at Christmasi give up with parcels

RUBBISH!!! In every way possible no i can understand that things go wrong but when you have zero customer service they are completely useless at sorting it out, they find it easier to walk away and say give them the money back rather than bother trying to find it, by the way I sent the seller a message to say ill have to cancel the order he contacted me back saying they are going to ATTEMPT to deliver it again today they haven't or they are going to the wrong address, they have my number why not call my automated service and discuss it with the forum, t.w.a.t.s just about covers it,Anyone out there that needs to send or receive a parcel don't trust them!!!.
This is not the first time.they ruined Christmas with exactly the same thing keep saying they have tried to deliver the parcel eventually to say they have lost it, this time same again why are my delivery's always between 19-00 n 21-00 do they not work in the daytime, this item was a very good price i can't find another so your money back isn't the answer they must be using invisible delivery men because none show up on my cctv. They are just an all round very poor quality company!!.

They only delivered half the order then asked for another £10.80 but no contact as to when rest of order will be delivered. Tried ringing them no record of the order but are quick enough to take the money. Automated crap would be easier ringing the pope, need a call to say when rest of order will arrive.

My mother has stayed in for two days waiting for this delivery there was no card left no nothing an on anther email it's says your holding my item what the *** is going on? I had an email saying that Hermes has the item but over a fortnight later still no delivery. Had to get a refund from Amazon.
EVRI is the most inconvenient company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I've had to give them a rating of 1 out of 5 and that's only because there is no 0 to select.
I had to send an item back to amazon the return label was for a next day collection by evri . Evri's time slot was from 8am - to 8pm.
I lost a day's work to ensure that the collection could be made. It took nearly a week to get in contact to sort out a delivery and it still has not been collected.
I cannot get a refund until it is delivered back to amazon. This courier should be avoided at all costs.
Where’s my sofa ???
After trying to actually speak to a human instead of pressing buttons numerous times i gave up !! Tried the number pressing to be told my parcel had been delivered to my safe place!

One box of 3 turned up when a guy down the street came home from work to find it in his yard good thing he knows me he and his son carried it up the street

Here I am yet again awaiting on a parcel that your company are meant to deliver to me . They say it is on hold as they need further information to deliver .
I wouldnt mind if this happened only once but t your Evri drivers up here dont deliver on time continually lie about no one being in and a parcel that I am meant to get in a couple of days ends up taking 2-3 weeks and that is only after I contact the seller . I state all the time not to use your company as I get no problems with any other company . I know that on my post code there are two options one is for the west primary school and the other is for myself The Old SchoolHouse ,15 Main Street but the are so stupid they dont look . Your company costs me time chasing up parcels and money as I have to pay the seller.
More money to get it resent. Do something about and get them told to get their fingers out .
